1. Scope of Service
This service provides a one-time, personalized prayer experience that includes:
- A custom-written prayer tailored to the client’s request.
- A pre-recorded video of the prayer.
- A list of personalized scripture declarations.
- One follow-up email with words of encouragement.
*This service does NOT include ongoing support, recurring prayers, or additional follow-up.*
2. Payment & Refunds
- Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
- Due to the customized nature of this service, refunds are NOT offered.
- NO REFUNDS.
3. Turnaround Time
- Once payment and prayer details are received, the turnaround time is 7-10 business days.
- This timeframe allows for the creation of a personalized prayer, recording of the video, and delivery of scripture declarations.
- Clients will be notified via EMAIL ONLY once their video and prayer materials are ready.
- We are NOT responsible for misspelled or incorrect emails provided by the customer.
- The email you provide at check-out will be the email used for service.
4. Client Privacy & Confidentiality
- All information shared by clients will remain confidential. Share at your own risk.
- No details of a client’s prayer request or personal information will be shared publicly.
- Video recordings are delivered privately and will not be used or distributed for any other purpose.
