Mary’s Daughter provides a variety of Christian-based digital resources and faith-centered products, including devotionals, ebooks, guides, prayer tools, and spiritual growth materials. All products are designed to inspire, encourage, and strengthen your walk with God.
2. Are the products digital or physical?
Most items are digital downloads (ebooks, guides, printables, etc.), delivered instantly to your email after purchase. If a product is physical, it will be clearly noted in the description.
3. How will I receive my digital product order?
Digital products are delivered automatically to your email immediately after checkout. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it within a few minutes. Important Notice: Your PDF files/attachments will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Please double-check your email before completing your purchase.
4. Can I return or exchange my digital product purchase?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges once a digital file has been delivered.
We are NOT responsible for files sent to an incorrect email, non-active email, or misspelling. Ensure accuracy to receive your purchase without issues.
5. Do you offer shipping?
Yes. Physical products are available for shipping when noted in the product description.
6. How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are based on shipping zones (for physical products). These zones may include specific locations, countries, states, or regions that we ship to.

If your address is outside of our shipping zones (for physical products), the system will display an error message that the product cannot be shipped to your location.

Yes, all payments are processed through Sellfy’s secure checkout system to protect your information.
10. Do you offer custom products or special requests?
At this time, products are sold as listed. However, you can contact us with ideas or requests, and we may consider them for future releases.
11. Do you offer prayer services through the shop?
Yes — prayer requests can be submitted directly through our website’s Prayer Request tab. These are not products, but a ministry service we provide.

While we do not offer refunds on digital products, we do provide a fair and transparent refund policy for physical items.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging (if applicable).
