1. What to do

Fill out the prayer information form at the top of this page, click send, and add the product to your cart.

2. Prayer Form Information

Your prayer will be created based on what you share. Please include details such as who the prayer is for, what the need is, where it applies (if important), when the situation is happening, and why you’re requesting prayer. The more specific you are, the more personal and focused your customized prayer will be. Share what you want to see/hear in the video.

3. Payment & Refunds

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Due to the customized nature of this service, NO REFUNDS will be issued.

4. Turnaround Time

Delivery time: 3–10 business days after purchase and receipt of prayer details. You will be notified by email only once your prayer video and materials are ready. Please double-check your email address at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect, inactive, or misspelled emails.

5. Client Privacy & Confidentiality

All prayer requests remain confidential. Your video will not be shared or distributed publicly. Please share at your own discretion and comfort level.
